The project consists of transforming a covered terrace into a kitchen and renovating the entire house. All the facades are renovated: the shutters will be treated and repainted in Marseille gray and the wall coating will be redone with a fine trowel in a stone-tone color.

The project also includes the development of the lower terrace of the land in order to create access and 2 vehicle spaces. The whole is treated in an ecological manner. The developed surfaces remain permeable in order not to modify the natural infiltration of the land.
