The project is a complete renovation of a 75 m² Haussmann apartment in the heart of Paris.

​

The row of rooms typology has led to the development of spaces around the  living room, located in the heart of the apartment.

On both sides are getting organized  places  conviviality (kitchen, living room) and  private spaces (bedrooms and shower room, bathroom).

The classic character of the apartment is mixed with a contemporary layout, offering large and bright spaces.

The original parquet floors and the cement tiles in the kitchen have been renovated.
