The project consists on the one hand in raising part of the roof in order to create 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in R + 1 and on the other hand in insulating the rest of the roof. The street facade will be renovated  : the shutters and the front door will be repainted in burgundy red RAL 3003 and the coating of the walls will be redone (fine float in stone color).
