The project is a complete renovation of a 75 m² Haussmannian apartment in the heart of Paris.

​

The enfilade typology of the rooms led to the development of spaces around the living room, located at the heart of the apartment.

On either side are the convivial areas (kitchen, living room) and the private spaces (bedrooms and shower rooms, bathrooms).

The classic character of the apartment blends with contemporary design, offering spacious and bright spaces.

The original parquet floors and cement tiles in the kitchen have been renovated.
